How things used to be
Adverts were shown to every pupil by default, and switching them off meant purchasing licences. We felt, however, that there shouldn't be any adverts at all for anyone learning in a class — whether their licence was activated or they were using the free version.
If there aren't any adverts, what are the licences for?
We now offer the Ratatype Plus for Classes service. We've unlocked every benefit of Ratatype Plus for classes, whilst still keeping favourable terms for teachers:

In short, where you once switched off adverts, you'll now be switching off exercise limits (the free version caps you at 10 exercises).
